Stopped weighing food, changed to a full body - 3 day per week routine at gym and alternate that with bodyweight calisthenics 3 days... Happy so far all good 😁 Merry Christmas everyone 😊 Happy New Year and may you achieve every one of your objectives in 2018 😎
180.3 lb Lost so far: 18.1 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
