Started my diet 4 days ago and im hungry and crabby not as much as when i first strted it. Its getting easier but still rough roads. No carbs no sugar a protein the size of your palm and an apple or tomato for the first day then that same meal twice the next day then that same meal 3 times a day for 2 days then you can introduce sugar and carbs again as long as you are taking your pills on the 5th day. This fat girl trapped in a skinny world is hungry...
