Oops! I ate too much yesterday at the holiday buffet. I was not fully satisfied looking at what I ate yesterday. Too starchy and fattening.
107.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
