T4 normal but TSH elevated slightly so continue on thyroid mess half pill per day. 3 full sets of 12 reps at gym. Walks to El Diamanté.sleeping through night most of the time since exercise.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
