Well a loss is a good thing. My routine has been thrown off and I am struggling mightily to get it back. Staying up too late and then too tired to get up to go to the gym. It's an ugly cycle, but I am determined to get it back.
226.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
