I was nauseous on and off for the rest of the day. I probably should have gone to the gym but I didn't. I did laundry and cooked and cleaned and gardened.
I made whole wheat laffa for dinner. i had two with tomato sauce and mozzarella and one with hummus and falafle. felt nauseous enough to take another swig of pepto. falafal made my mouth itchy but it might just be that it was spicy. i wanna make my own next time and spice them how i want. should be fun. it was a fried food though. we'll see how i feel tomorow. i still feel kinda wired but also kinda sick.
184.5 lb Lost so far: 44.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
