1750 kcal Fat: 50.77g | Prot: 86.00g | Carb: 244.63g.   Breakfast: Special K fruit & yogurt, Almond breeze vanilla, strawberry. Lunch: gala apple, Lean pocket chicken cheddar, Athenos roasted red pepper hummus, Fat Free Cottage Cheese, baby cut carrots. Dinner: McDonalds Fruit and yogurt parfait, McDonalds chipotle bbq grilled chicken snack wrap. Snacks/Other: raw almonds,  97% Fat Free Heart Healthy Whole Wheat Tortilla with Omega 3's, Healthy ones rotisserie chicken, Sargento reduced fat provolone, Kraft Mayo with olive oil and pepper, 50/50 mix, market pantry chocolate ultra weight loss shake. more...
