Well I am like most people and never was much of a water drinker but I have stuck to this so far and lets just say I think I will wear out the toilet flush handle lol good luck to all
201.3 lb Lost so far: 10.7 lb.    Still to go: 36.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
