This is actually for two weeks worth of weight loss. The first week I lost 6 lbs. and this week I lost just at 4 lbs. 10 lbs in 2 weeks and I did it by eating healthy, exercising, and not starving myself.
245.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.8 lb a week
