woohoo! a great week. followed points, exercised and am down 2 pounds this week. oh course i always want more but i know that in the front part of my thinking brain that 2 pounds is awesome, because it is 2 pounds of ugly fat gone in a safe and healthy way. got my sorry butt up the gym today at 0600 and i felt great! meeting today was managing the up coming superbowl parties. lots of good information but mostly review, and i have to work on sunday so i'm safe from all the buffalo wings and nachos......unless they're brought in to work that night! YIKES!! but at least i'm safe from the beer! lol
189.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

i know!!! when i go to the OR and see the doctor cutting through fat it is SOOOOOOOOO gross. i've almost stopped eating butter altogether! and i dolike to make those comparisons too, like carring 5 pounds of potatoes around for a while really hits home on home much weight it really is. thanks for the kudos!~rebecca
