Ecervantes514 - have you had your BMI and body fat measured? I would suggest that you do that if you have not. It is easy to get stuck with the scales (I weigh daily) and become discouraged if your weight does not go down or if it even goes up. Getting your BMI and body fat base line will help you. If you are adding exercising to your routine you will want to monitor that. You see the scales go up but you have been sticking to your diet and doing everything right. It maybe just water, it may be the body fat ratio has changed and you need to feel successful not discouraged. If you can watch this it will help.
