I didnt exercise regularly, neither did i avoid sugars and ice creams in the first 2 weeks. But i plan to reach 50kgs by walking 6km evening and aerobics/cardio in the morning.
I have followed the plan before... and now to reach my desired weight needs a lot more motivation.. and i feel i dont find the time and cant dedicate my self to losing weight as i should.
But i have 3 months to reach 50kgs
3 months = 12 weeks
I will do it!
