After a slip up and major set back I am back in the game. I find is crazy how when I eat like crap I feel like crap, and when I eat healthy I feel so much better. The carbs are my kryptonite and I just need to be more diligent about staying away. Or at least, indulging very small amounts.
181.5 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
