Ahhh... a loss finally.
I've got the flu so bad friends. It came up on me yesterday so I'll stop here and check in another day.
Everyone have a great day!
165.4 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
