1704 kcal Fat: 47.04g | Prot: 127.06g | Carb: 208.56g.   Breakfast: Special K fruit & yogurt, Almond breeze vanilla, strawberry. Lunch: Boca burger all-american, Jack Daniels barbecue sauce, Franz Thin Sandwiches Whole Wheat, 50/50 mix, Athenos roasted red pepper hummus, Fat Free Cottage Cheese, baby cut carrots, Kraft fat-free cheddar. Dinner: Pineapple Chunks in It's Own Juice, chicken breast, olive oil. Snacks/Other: market pantry chocolate ultra weight loss shake, 50/50 mix, Kraft Mayo with olive oil and pepper, Sargento reduced fat provolone, Healthy ones rotisserie chicken,  97% Fat Free Heart Healthy Whole Wheat Tortilla with Omega 3's. more...
