I did so good this weekend.. Actually all week!! I am mentally in the "ZONE" now and am ready to drop these 50 pounds. I know its going to be a log slow process but it will be worth it in the end.
After my Dr scaring me about my high blood sugar and borderline diebetic I knew it was time to take tings more seriously.
So I am startign out slow eliminating as many bad carbs and sugar from my diet.
I had 3 glasses of red DRY wine over the weekend with dinner. I did not as bad as I was tempted eat bread or potatoes both of which I dearly love.
But this morning when I got on the scales I am down 3 pounds. So it DOES pay to be GOOD !!!

Still to go: 33.4 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes we can Heidi.. I have been "going to start a new way of eating" for the past 2 years! I am finally ready and excited about it too.
