Well have been exercise ing more often doing yoga twice a week watching a bit what I eat too
Hard to loose easy to gain I hate this but I loved see myself either little curves & shapes hope I keeps on going I badly wants to looks gud
155.4 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
