This is week 8 of my wellbeing challenge. My goal was to loose 20 pounds before my trip to Las Vegas and I am almost there. I have this week to drop 3 more pounds to reach my goal!

We leave for Las Vegas on Saturday morning and I have some adorable dresses, shorts, and believe it or not a nice bathing suit ready to go. I have lost 17 pounds in 7 weeks and I am so proud of myself....this is just phase 1 of weight loss. When I get back from our weekend getaway I plan to get back on the wellness plan and shoot for another 20 pounds and get down to my ideal weight of 140 pounds...

163.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
