Still not sure I'm trusting this scale. I'm going with the lowest # I saw this morning .... but fluctuated a LOT after I checked it again (and again). Never the same # twice and each time it would go way up. I'm gonna get a new one. Was sick this past weekend (for Easter) with stomach/intestinal flu (BOTH ends! LOL). Couldn't eat much and eventually did have crackers and a few other carbs that would sit well. Can't imagine anything I ate this week would hurt. ALTHOUGH, it was a littl tough to get back completely on track. Funny how even going off a teeny bit plays tricks with your hunger and cravings especially. Am 'clean' again and plan to stay that way. Now if only some BIG weight would come off.
263.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 93.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have had the same problem with the scales. Do you have the old spring type? That is what I had. I would weight myself multiple times and the number I came up with the most times is what I went with. It drove me nuts. I finally broke down and bought me a new digital scale last week. I really love it, except I think it may be too accurate because it showed that I weighed about 4-5 lbs. more than my old scale. But I am going with it. I would rather be accurate. I bought a WW scale. I like it. You can record up to 4 people on it. And you can program it to tell you your BMI, fat in weight, fat %, and hydration level, and something about bone mass. I don't know how it can figure all that out but it is pretty cool. Something about electrical currents running through your body. Good luck. I know how frustrating it can be when you are working with an undependable scale.

I agree with nino66 - I got the WW scale and I really like it - except that it was 4 # higher than my old spring scale!! So I adjusted my initial weight and now am back on track. Now if only the darned thing would move in the right direction consistently!!! Oh wait - that's probably me not the scale. ;-)

I should probably get a new scale, too but I'll have to prepare myself ahead of time in case it shows a higher weight.

I actually have the WW scale ... and just put in new batteries. I'm hoping that my issues were battery related. Not going to weigh myself again til next Saturday ... so we'll see! Thanks for the comments ... and have a great week everyone!
