I finally made it. Strategy has been Wheaties or Raisin Bran with skim milk for breakfast with black coffee. Lean cuisine or smart ones 5 point or less meal for lunch with diet soda. Salad with fat free dressing and 4 oz of meat for dinner. If I was hungry in between I had a can of Progresso 0-point soup or raw vegetables with a little fat free dressing as a dip. I lost 31 pounds without exercising. The only advice I might give someone is not to judge the flavor of the meals or the soup too harshly when you start. I have been eating this way since October. You will get used to it. I had a few light beers along the way too. Miller lite is 2 points per 12 oz and bud light is 2.5. Even with an occasional beer I kept my weight watchers points at around 26 - 28 per day. One more thing. Drink lots of water thru the day.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great job, I wish I could get my husband to go to WW. I cook for my family, so he does eat healthy for most of his meals. He can sit down and chow on cookies and ice cream though. I don't want to tell him he needs to lose weight, but I think if he did he would have so much more energy and if he would get some excersise in his stress level would level out. Any advice for me to give him? He has talked about from time to time. By the way great job!!!
