Accountability post day 4.
Today is day 4 of my open-ended soft dry fast. My panties today, happen to say SuperGoddess!! (like Superman logo) that's how I feel right now.
I have loose skin everywhere but who cares about that?? My plan will be an open-ended hard dry fast once I am #leanandclean. My body will eat up all my loose skin soon enough.
I took some measurements last night:
Boobs 38"
Waist 38"
Hips 37"
I slept awesome last night!!!

153.0 lb
Lost so far: 62.0 lb.
Still to go: 38.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
