This week has resulted in some cray cray things. First, I dropped down to 1200 and ended up losing 4.8 pounds in a week! Up to half of the weight was water weight and food weight I think, but I'm pretty sure the rest of it was fat loss. I dropped down to 1200 becasue I seriously thought I was sedentary, and would burn about 1600 calories everyday. It turns out I burn a little more than that, haha.
For this week, I think I can add a few more calories as I wait it out for my body to react to the cray cray weight loss. I'm pretty sure my TOTM is going to be next week, so my weight will be screwy regardless.
Exercise-wise, I went walking with my weight loss buddy 5/7 days, and also went to Zumba with my Aunt. I also was out and about this week, so I wasn't totally stationary.
It looks like I can still shoot for my goal (fingers crossed) of 130 by the time I leave for Japan.
Next week (if it is not my TOTM or leading up to it), I want 131-something. If there are things out of my control next week, I just want to get through it as stress-less as possible.
