I gained .8, grrrrrr.....
i'm hoping that its just muscle, got back to working out a few weeks ago.
being at goal before the move is starting to look unlikely, dang it!
164.8 lb Lost so far: 69.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 0.8 lb a week
