Maybe I should had eaten 1 Boca pattie instead of 2 last night with the brown rice and mix veggie. Oh well, can't be starving myself.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
