Accountability post day 3. Today is day 3 of my open-ended soft dry fast.
One challenge I seem to have, out of many, is coping with a dry mouth. Sometimes my saliva isn't enough.....
I've found for myself if I don't dwell on fasting, it's much easier to go through my day.
Some changes I'm seeing right away are:
My skin looks awesome!
I'm sleeping right through the night!
I feel good when I wake up every day!
I don't worry about having to have washrooms near me when I'm out!!!
Most of my aches, pains, soreness are gone!!!
Since I've had my Mirena (IUD) removed everything related to periods, pre-menopause etc etc is hardly noticed now!!!
I very rarely get headaches anymore!
I have a good immune system so I don't even remember the last time I was ill!
I have a lot of energy, I'm not feeling as lazy as I did before October this year when I started the #SNAKEDIET
just as #ColeRobinson says "Results talk, Bullshit walks!"
156.0 lb Lost so far: 59.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week

Hi , my name is Adriyana , another struggling mom of two that can’t lose weight and recently being so depressed . Could you please tell me if you do any activities which helped additionally to your weight loss?

Hey I know the struggle losing weight after pregnancy however I would recommend that you do an activity that you really enjoy like walking,dancing ,riding etc so it doesn't feel like aworkout and the weight will fall off.

Hi! I am not purposely doing any exercise or work-outs right now. My only focus is FAT LOSS. Once I'm down to my best body size, I will be adding muscle building exercises only so I can have lean muscle which will be awesome!!!!
