I have been trying a new tactic. Hunger is part of my problem but also availability of the foods I need to eat. Kashi Go Lean Crunch is great - it has tons of protein, fibre and lower in fat than most meals. If I can eat two bowls a day then a good meal at dinner... Also I am trying to cut out wine/alcohol on weeknights. So far one day down - slept well. That will take some weight off I am sure!
