Ok so I ate a lot yesterday. Not bad foods necessarily... other than the last beef burrito hiding in my fridge! But I'm taking today and tomorrow to regulate my sugars and such from not having alcohol. It was a the first day since my husband left for two months and that was high stress. So although I'm still recording everything my main focus is not on calorie count at this point. I feel better today a bit although I kept waiting for a text or the phone to ring from Bangkok. I had already talked to him earlier and I think for my own sanity it is time to disconnect my phone at night. This will be difficult as I am a habitual phone checker. I need sleep if I'm going to pull off this new path I'm on. So maybe I will set myself a curfew like parents do now and put the phone far enough away I wont be able to reach it at night. Bizarre to me that something like this would scare me.

Going to record my 129 as my weight. Decided to start weighing at night time. So I don't get discouraged if its not a drop and can gain new resolve overnight if I need.
129.0 lb Lost so far: 0.1 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
