You can not break me with a .1 gain. :) Staying positive, did an amazing grocery shop today and made it back to the gym for an orange theory class. My husband called me from Taiwan and I feel heart broken I'm not on this journey... but am trying to remember that I am on my own journey. Today was a success. Started the ParaGone cleanse... its been sitting on my shelf. Since I'm not drinking and eating little sugar I thought I should crack the seal. I know to be weary of starting of too hard in the beginning but I feel up for the challenge. I drank a lot of water today... I'm a little foggy (I think its the no alcohol) detox is always tough no matter what. I am amazed at what our bodies are capable of and the lengths it will go to get what it thinks it wants. Right now that is in the form of a headache. I'm going to spoil myself tonight with teas and Netflix. I've been watching Depatures. I love it. Indulgences.
129.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
