STARTED NEW WORK OUT, WEIGHT 1st, then the cardio stuff. well almost, I have to do a little hard cardie to start or I will hurt my legs. but otherwise I am doing pretty good, gained alb but it's comming back off again.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.9 lb a week
