off ketosis and i know it. ugh! just need to know the fastest way to get back on it!
215.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 35.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.2 lb a week

Just jump right back on the wagon and eat only acceptable foods. You will be back in ketosis in no time! Hang in there, we all fall off at one time or another!
