Bummed! Scale has one up...I know everyone says your TOM does have to do with it. But sheesh. Turning my workout into overtime. Trying to get in abit more cardio, and get some sweat going. Hope everyone is having a great day!

It really does, make sure you up your water intake during (before too) that time. It really helps me! Don't let the scale get you down if you've been faithful, it will come off.
