Decided to stop doing Paleo for awhile. I can't stick to it for a full 30 days without massive cravings.
There hasn't been much change in my body comp despite working out for over 3 months. In fact ive gained weight since my 1st measurements so I'm going to try a low fat diet and see if that makes a difference. Have also added Zumba back this month since I've gained weight (and unfortunately it's not muscle) program b
