I've been watching my calories and it's soooo easy to eat 2000 calories wow! I think I will try cutting out meat and or sugar for like a week...so doing it intermittently should mean I don't feel the need to binge!
I've also been trying to walk 10,000 steps a day and that's been going well. I just need to get my weekend steps up too!
