today I weighed in at 3pm instead of 7-9 like usual because I'll be at work and I wanted to see if my accident and lack of a real workoit routine set me back...seems like it didn't...I'm guessing that means that 1 I've been doing alright at keeping moving without actually working out and/or 2 my dietary changes have made a huge difference. Either way, I'm thrilled to be seeing that number decrease! <3
