Pre-thanksgiving vacation weigh-in... I am sure it will be a greater number when we return. On the road today and Saturday. The rest of the time in between I am at the mercies of what grandma cooks. 😂

160.2 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb. Still to go: 10.2 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
