New to this, feeling like I need to take control. Gained 25lbs since May. Starting to pay attention to what I am eating, and adding exercise into my routine. Motivation is high, but realistically it is only day 2. Fed the family bacon eggs and toast for breakfast, and I had cottage cheese and avocado on wasa bread instead. That wasn't easy. But, I can do this. Off to get groceries this afternoon and will stay away from all things packaged (minus cheeses and yogurts, etc)
187.5 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
