Well that's Shocking! A loss.
Although I didn't eat as much junk.
I actually slept a full night... maybe the fat will settle back in...Nooo!
I weighed first thing as I always do.
Well I'll remain Optimistic.
162.5 lb Lost so far: 26.1 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
