Now I am really feeling the pressure to get it under control before Christmas--If I choose to have yogurt for dinner 2-3 times a week with fruit and perhaps broth, I can really help myself. Drinking san pellegrino water a nice feature.
132.7 lb Lost so far: 0.3 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
