I need help distancing myself from social opportunities where food is involved. Everyone knows how much I love to eat and I get along with everybody well but People have seen how much I have eaten in the past and it is almost like being an alcoholic sitting at the bar and everyone encouraging me to have just one more round. My will power sucks.
242.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 57.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
