Gutted 😖 it is the time of the month I've also been in bed with flu 🤒 so no exercise and lots of carbs consumed!!!! Also new scales oh well onwards and upwards 😇
153.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
