SO the weight is still coming off and I certainly see a loss of muscle from not working out. I did try on a bikini yesterday for the hell of it and I was QUITE pleased. I'm liking the way the 120's work for my body. It's my face that looks really thin.

We'll see. I have no new goal for now but I may try for 120 so I have some room for muscle when I get back to working out in another week and half.

---off to have boneless wings and lite blue cheese. It's Sunday snack day!
123.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Gosh you're getting so skinny! How tall are you again? Great job though, I bet you can't WAIT to get back to working out!

Hey you! I'm glad to see you are feeling better. I just read your email and you poor thing. Being sick is the worst and being hurt makes it even more frustrating. No worries, you have plenty of time before spring is here. Thanks so much! I am 5'7". I have reached a weight that I should just maintain. I went into Old Navy today because all of my pants were falling off. I grabbed the next size down-4's and they were to big. I grabbed the 2's and I bought them but they were by no means tight. That is the first time in my LIFE I have ever been this tiny. I can't wait to get back to working out so I can tone everything back up. I'm skinny but I look droopy as I loose muscle along with fat. I'll be working out with you shortly so I'll just try and keep the weight steady as I put the muscle back into place! Good luck! I know how hard it is to get back on the horse after a long break. You will feel so much better. One foot in front of the other! Jasmine
