1943 kcal Fat: 61.98g | Prot: 75.89g | Carb: 271.74g.   Breakfast: low fat probiotic yoghurt, choco hoops, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). Lunch: Onions, Spaghetti, turkey mince less than 10% fat, Red Tomatoes (Canned), Kidney Beans (Canned), Green Peppers, Garlic, baked beans. Dinner: Danish White Bread, Poached Egg, baked beans. Snacks/Other: Milk Chocolate Candies, Double decker. more...
