Just hanging in there. I guess I have just been really unwilling to actually diet for a while. I know what I need to do, but the chocolate chips are calling me, and I eat my extra calories, instead of negative-banking them. However, my weight is pretty stable, so that is good, at least. Still, I would like to get to that 130 number--the only question is, how much do I want it?
133.4 lb Lost so far: 61.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
