As much as I am embarrass and hate to record this, I must be honest with myself. Last week I blew it, ate over my points everyday. Snack too much in the evening. I wish eating was easier, but obviously I lost controll and ate too many cookies and too many cheese crackers. So, I guess I need to get a grip and move ahead and let go of my past mistakes.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 4.5 lb a week

Admitting the bad moments is so hard but it lets you get right back on the horse and move forward! Just start this week off the right way! You're still doing a great job!

Ditto! Don't give up. It's hard for all of us and we all make mistakes. It is doubly hard when you have tempting snacks in the house and have to find the power to say no. Any chance you could rid the house of the empty calories? Or at least the ones that tempt you the most? Keep going. You will find success.

You know... I think you deserve a little break, as you have stuck with this so well. So just take last week as a little breather... you have done fantastic so far and can do it again. We're all here still rooting for you... so hope you have a great week. :o)
