I can tell that things are getting back to “normal.” Dishes and laundry are done, we cleaned floors, practiced piano, and did devotions together. We haven’t done those things in weeks. All of those little disciplines add up to a stable, productive life. And a stable, productive life is my best context for making healthy choices. Only 5 more lbs to go before Christmas.I know I can do it.
205.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
