Weight up a tad over the busy delicious weekend - 1-1.5 punds over the lowest "observed" weight. It was too good to pass.
BFF challenged me to watch my food and also to quit smoking again... First part OK, second part... agghhh don't think I can do it all over again and gain another 20#s. But I will do my best to minimize.
