Lost a kilo, happy with being disciplined in my eating choices. Not so thrilled with Joburg weather and the effects on my asthma at the moment.
103.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 103.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Being tiny means every additional lump and bump shows through quicker. More than that, as a chronic asthmatic, I have to keep my lower belly fat down as it impedes on my lung capacity
