I had a horrible week. I was ill and totally unmotivated. I made rotten food choices and didn't get all my water in. I am ready to keep moving forward.

Weekly Goal: Make correct food choices, exercise 3x's this week. Get all my water in. Journal....journal....Journal!
225.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.4 lb a week

I can totally relate have the same thing going on. I think maybe I need to start from day one again once I feel better but of course when you feel poorly you cannot make good decision either I think
