First time seeing the 140's since 2006! Even though its only .2 into em, I am so freakin happy! Going for a run today, gorgeous outside at the moment! Going to use my Mio watch to track my progress!
149.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's so awesome, Zen! I've been pretty busy and not logging my food. I will do better today! Hey, are you having any hair loss? I'm losing ALOT! I hadn't heard about it until one woman on here said something. Not like I'm going to quit... just curious if anyone else is experiencing it.

Well, the 140's was short lived as I am up 1.6 today and I am so sore from my first run - my legs are really stiff - even though I stretched and started slow! I think I should have drank more water yesterday and not have eaten so late in the evening. I will look towards tomorrow now! I have not experienced an increase in hair loss- I shed all the time and haven't noticed that I am losing more than usual. I asked my friend and she hasn't experienced it either.
