Wow its been a rocky few months. I dipped into the ketosis diet and think that maybe counting macros is more for me since I like all kinds of foods. I don't think I tend to over eat so to start I'm just going to start counting my calories and see where I end up. I've been off and on with the drinking. But have been much better about not binge drinking. Small steps. I did a full month of no alcohol at all and that always cleans everything up. But I notice as we get closer to Christmas there are more reasons to celebrate and less reasons to gym. My life feels complicated right now so I guess the best thing is to skip the alcohol, focus on the gym, and focus on having a healthy mind. The rest will come. Relationships are hard. I had my breast augmentation two months ago now and I am ready to fully commit to lifting so I've reached out to my best friend (who is a body builder extraordinaire) for a little gym advice. Plus I think she will hold me more accountable. Been doing orange theory probably averaging 3 times a week. My history with my weight loss has fluctuated through the years and I find I may need to do something I haven't already done to get different results. Especially with my age going up. Good luck to me... its another mini journey. I'm not sure on a weight goal yet since I plan on my body composition to change but I'm dreaming about 110lbs. Not sure if its a reality or not. The real goal is to be recording everything into my journal for food for atleast 7 days from now. Thats a habit that will time time and effort alone. I start right now.
